Whether you are picking up a racquet for the first time or have been taking lessons for years, the USTA Southern Section has several exciting USTA Tennis programs for junior players. USTA Tennis is a series of linked tennis programs that makes it easy for players of all ages to try, learn, play and compete in the sport of tennis.

USTA SCHOOL TENNIS
This program introduces tennis to youngsters in school through their physical education classes. It reaches over 500,000 students yearly in the South!

USTA Jr.Team Tennis
USTA Team Tennis is the USTA Southern Section's most popular and exciting junior program. It introduces players, ages 6 -18, to competitive team tennis while emphasizing fun, fitness and friends and focuses on fundamentals and positive coaching for youngsters who are comfortable with full-court play.

USTA TENNIS NJTL
Co-founded by Arthur Ashe and Charles Pasarell in 1969, the USA Tennis NJTL (National Junior Tennis League) program is active in public parks and private clubs. It targets inner city juniors of all ages who would not normally be given the opportunity to get involved in the sport.
