USTA Junior Team Tennis
USTA Jr. Team Tennis allows both junior tennis players the opportunity to develop their basic tennis skills in an energetic, exciting and fun-filled team-spirited atmosphere. The program lasts for six to eight weeks and consists of weekly team practices and match play.  Junior players are grouped based on age as well as ability level.

USTA Jr. Team Tennis participants are given the opportunity to advance through local league play to their State Championship. The top teams from each state then move on to the Southern Sectional Championship and then possibly the National Championships, where all 17 USTA Sections are represented!

Team Challenge and Team Tournament Incentive

Registering a promotional JTT event (red, orange, green ball team challenge or team tournament) will qualify the event organizer for $100 incentive plus $5 per player (minimum of 10 registered).  Click here to register for the event https://www.jotform.com/build/200144203942038 .

After the day of the event, an attendance sheet and registration form will need to be submitted to USTA Alabama.

To host a red ball team challenge or team tournament you must complete the training and be a net generation provider.  This link will provide the steps for this process
https://www.usta.com/en/home/organize/creating-play-opportunities/national/team-programs.html  Click on either host a team challenge or host a team tournament.

Organizers can host multiple registration nights.

$300 will be the maximum total payout, regardless of how many events are arranged.

For both Team Challenges and Team Tournaments, all providers are eligible to receive a new kit/giveaway package for each event in 2020. For example, if a provider ran a team challenge in 2019 and already received the welcome kit, they can receive a new one in 2020. Same for team tournaments. It will again be one kit per provider, not per event, and the contents of each kit have not changed.
